General terms and conditions

1. General

The following general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on masjaswebshop.nl. By placing an order you agree to these general terms and conditions.

2. Prices/Payment

2.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

2.2 After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email with the total costs. (including shipping costs)

2.3 You can pay via i-deal, Paypal or bank transfer (ask for more information: reactie@masjas.com).

2.4 Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

2.5 We charge postage for shipping the order.

3. Delivery

3.1 The items on masjaswebshop.nl that are available from stock will be shipped the same day after receipt of payment, provided that the order is placed before 2 p.m.

3.3 All orders are delivered via PostNL or DPD. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order is shipped.

4. Returns/exchanges

4.1 We process your order with great care.

If a product is damaged upon arrival, you can return this product to us within 14 days. You must contact us in advance by e-mail to report the complaint. We will ensure that it is resolved as quickly as possible.

4.2 If a product is not to your liking, you can return it within 14 days. You must contact us by email in advance to report the return.

4.3 After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 5 days. Masjaswebshop.nl does not return shipping costs.

5. Questions/complaints

At Masjaswebshop.nl we naturally strive for happy customers. If you have a complaint, question or just something nice to tell about our products or our site, you can always contact us via reactie@masjas.com.

6. Protection of personal data

The information you provide will be treated confidentially and will only be provided to third parties in connection with payment transactions and delivery. If you have registered for our newsletter, Masjaswebshop.nl will use your personal information for advertising purposes for products by Masja van den Berg in addition to the cases described above. If you do not wish to receive requested advertising from Masjaswebshop.nl, you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Liability

7.1 Masjaswebshop.nl is compiled with the utmost care. However, no rights or claims can be derived from the content of this website and Masjaswebshop.nl accepts no liability for any form of damage whatsoever, resulting from the use of this site and the products. Masjaswebshop.nl exempts itself from all legal consequences.

7.2 Masjaswebshop.nl cannot be held responsible for any color deviations due to screen quality.
